Perfectly positioned on the Royal Mile, these luxurious serviced apartments have good views and are close to historic attractions and restaurants and a few minutes’ walk from Princes Street.

Whether you are visiting for business, fun or for a family holiday you will have a wonderful home-from-home with space to relax. Facilities include Molton Brown toiletries, fabulous bathrooms, great kitchens, entry phones, Wi-Fi and Sky TV.

You will have complimentary use of the Escape Health Club and Spa, which is part of The Scotsman Hotel and only a 5-minute walk away.

Please note that you book in at 65 Cockburn Street, which is a 3-minute walk away, as due to the historic nature of the building it is not possible to have a reception at the building. Staff will be delighted to help you with your bags to your room.

Please note that there is no lift in the historic building, there is the original turnpike stairwell. If you have reduced mobility or small children in prams, please request an apartment on the lower floor.

Membership to The Escape Gym and Cowshed Spa, at The Scotsman hotel, is also included. It is a 5-minute walk away and has a stainless steel pool. Guests are also entitled to a fantastic 10% off all Cowshed treatments.

All apartments have a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchens are equipped with everything you could need. The bathrooms have Molton Brown products. You will also find a wide-screen TV, Sky TV and a DVD player in your apartment. Please see individual apartment details for a complete list of facilities on offer.

Apartments are decorated in a contemporary fashion, with wonderful Scottish undertones. The front apartments overlook the Royal Mile. The rear apartments look out towards Princes Street, the Walter Scott Monument, the Georgian New Town, and on a clear day you will clearly see the Firth of Forth.

If you are planning to stay and have mobility difficulties, please request an apartment on a lower floor.

One-Bedroom Apartment

These apartments are beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. There is a super king-size bed, a luxury bathroom with Molton Brown products, a spacious lounge and a kitchen with either views of the Royal Mile or views from the top floor.

This apartment has extremely spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed and one has twin beds. The twin beds can be made into a super king-size bed upon request. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge with plenty of seating and fabulous views of either the Royal Mile or over the rooftops of Edinburgh to Princes Street.

You can have breakfast, lunch or an early supper at The Southern Cross Cafe, which is next to Central Reservations. It offers fantastic breakfasts and serves food all day. It is also licensed.

You are situated next to St Giles Cathedral. Edinburgh Castle is at the top of the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace at the bottom. Princes Street is a 10-minute walk away.

You can be at Harvey Nichols, the world-famous Jenners, George Street or Princes Street within 10 or 15 minutes. Only 10 minutes away are Victoria Street and the Grassmarket, which has wonderful boutique shops and great cafes. There is a diverse selection of restaurants.
