Excellent hotel (the fine art of hospitality, indeed !) An outstanding restaurant (Barga). We didn't try the other restaurants in the hotel. Very good breakfast. Very good wellness. Excellent service / excellent staff. Excellent stay. Good location for an enjoyable ski weekend.
We were staying in a room with an outdated television (working perfectly well). Although the bathroom was very clean and in perfect state it looked a bit old-fashioned. However, I noticed on the hotel website that some rooms (including the bathroom) were already renovated.
