• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
• Internet: No internet access available.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots. One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Apartments can only be entered between 17:00 and 20:00. If guests arrive outside of these hours, staff must be notified in advance. Apartments must be vacated by 10:00. Upon entrance to the apartments a deposit of EUR 100 is required. The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.
