This large resort is nestled in 72 hectares of greenery on the southern Sicilian coast, next to long sandy beaches and close to the protected marine area of Plemmirio.

On arrival you will find yourself immersed in a natural oasis, surrounded by crystal clear waters and evergreen countryside, where you can paddle in the sea and wander aimlessly amidst the local flora and fauna.

The resort features a new, recently opened wellness centre, fully equipped with a swimming pool and relaxation area, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor fitness areas and a tisane and herbal tea corner. The wellness centre offers a number of relaxing and therapeutic spa facilities and treatments including massage services and beauty treatments.

The resort also offers the AW Fitness option a new service for dedicated finess enthusiasts and those wish to keep in shape.

The resort boasts an extensive programme of daytime and evening entertainment for children and adults, with something for all ages, with a dedicated entertainment team on site. The entertainment team also includes German and French speaking assistance.

From 24 April to 25 May, only a selection of the activities are available such as the gym, tournaments, the piano bar at night and the miniclub for children.

From 25 May to 28 September, the entertainment team will be on hand during the day to organise surprises, games, tournaments, music and dances. During the evening, at the resort’s amphitheatre there will be shows, cabaret and musicals.

The resort also offers impressive sports and leisure facilities, including a water gym, aerobics, step aerobics, windsurfing (group courses and individual use), canoeing, bowls and tennis. In addition, guests can play beach volley, mini soccer and table tennis. Archery is available from 25 May to 28 September. The resort has 2 pools for adults with a special corner for children. There is also a fully-equipped Professional Association of Diving Instructors-certificated diving centre in the village, with diving lessons available at an additional cost.

Arenella Bimbo Village operates from 25 May to 28 September and is for all children from one to 17 years old. The village is a new concept of resort, dedicated to children and their families. The village offers full time assistance (including French and German-speaking), with activities tailored according to the appropriate age ranges of the children and with dedicated activities and entertainments. There are sporting and game areas and the village offers amusement, sporting activities, games, educational experiences and new activities designed and dedicated for children.

The resort’s 2 central restaurants offer delicious buffets on open-air terraces. The buffets include authentic local specialities from the region, as well as traditional Mediterranean food. The restaurants offer buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner and feature a show cooking area where you can watch your food being prepared, as well as a large grill and barbecue area with real coals, which offers specialities from the grill including kebabs and barbecue skewers.

The restaurant offers the opportunity to join other guests at the table. Guests can also enjoy lunch outdoors on the veranda under the protection of large umbrellas. Every week there are 2 special dinners organised by the resort, one is a typical dinner and the other is a special gala dinner

The resort also offers the AW Gourmet option, a new concept in dining exclusively for guests staying in AW Life Rooms. Every evening for dinner, the AW Gourmet option offers stylish, modern, elegant buffets featuring traditional local specialities, fusion food, organic foods and healthy and diet options all nestled together. Guests can also choose to opt for a personalised service at a table with fine new dishes available every day. In this way, guests can choose a quick casual dinner or a pleasant, leisurely evening at a restaurant in a convivial atmosphere.

Half board (breakfast and dinner) is also available. Please note that half board is breakfast and dinner only and lunch is not available in the half board option.

The all-inclusive option includes soft drinks, mineral water, beer and house wine with meals and an open bar from 10:00 to 00:00 with soft drinks, mineral water, juices, beer, tea, coffee and local liqueurs. International and imported brands, ice creams and all beverages in bottles are excluded from the all-inclusive package.
