The design of the 36 rooms is very much characterised by the buidling's past. They also feature all modern comforts. There are jacuzzis in the suites and works of art, a nursery and a wine cellar. Traditional and signature cuisine have been fused in the establishment's top quality restaurant.

Venta Juanilla occupies a building dating back to the 10th century, when the Santo Tomé Monastery was founded. In the 13th century, the property was Canónigos Seglares Convent and played a significant role in the war of Independence. Following this it became Abadía and later San Jerónimo Monastery.
