I booked at SanPietro because of the pools and the pool areas. When I booked the rooms I booked an extra bed for my grandchild so I was wery surpriced and disappointed when we at arrival was informed that half of the pool area was forbidden for children. I also booked non smoking rooms and my room had a very bad smell of smoke. When I confrontet the staf they just liftet their shoulders at did absolutely nothing to make the situation better for us.
