• Deposit: A fixed amount of EUR 50 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
• Internet: Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

• Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.
• Extra Charges: 6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
