They are characterized by a combination of furnishings which play on the vivacity of chromatisms and on a distinctly contemporary design. The blend of Pop Art elements and modern antiques makes them absolutely unique.

The 2-roomed flats are composed of a living area with sofa bed, cooking area and dining area, a large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The one-roomed flat is divided into a dining and cooking area and a sleeping area with a double bed.

All the apartments come with a parking space.

The establishment provides linen and daily cleaning but no restaurant service. Each flat has, however, a lunch area for 4 people with a perfectly equipped kitchenette. In the immediate surroundings of the villa there are bars, grocery shops and a supermarket.

From the A11 Motorway (Pisa- Florence): -Take the Lucca Est exit and drive down Viale Europa. -At the end of the bridge over the railway turn right into Viale Carducci and go ahead for about 500 m, -continue forward along Viale Cavour then turn left into Piazzale Ricasoli (railway station), -turn right into Viale Regina Margherita and go ahead along Viale Giusti for 500 m then continue along Viale Pacini for about 100 m and turn right into Viale Diaz and Lucca in Villa is at number 71. The hotel is situated just 1km from the railway station and the motorway, 25km from Pisa airport and 75km from Florence airport.
