• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
