This complex of houses is 500 metres from the renowned beaches at Moncofar, with easy access by bike to Costa del Azahar.

There are 3 well-equipped double rooms, making this an ideal place for a comfortable and relaxing holiday with your family. The houses are spacious and have 2 terraces. There is also a communal area where you can cool down after a day next to the sea.

Moncofar enjoys a breeze from the Mediterranean Sea all year round and there are numerous cultural and sporting activities on offer during the summer.

Bed linen is changed weekly, but towels are not included.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

Keys can be collected from the office located in the same complex between 12.00 and 14.00. Please contact the residence in advance if you are scheduled to arrive outside of these opening hours. A contact telephone number appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any items broken in the apartment during their stay. This charge will be made to the guest's credit card
