• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs ZAR 32.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged ZAR 210.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. By Car: From the N3: - Pass the Pavilion shopping centre. - Follow the signs for Durban City/Stad. - Continue straight on through the traffic lights on Commercial Road. - Carry straight on for 4 further sets of traffic lights. - Turn right into Soldiers Way. - Drive straight on through 2 further sets of traffic lights. - Turn left into Ulundi Place. - Turn right into Royal Parkade. From Durban international airport: - Follow the N2 exit/Uitgang signs. - Turn right (N) following the N2 north coast. - Turn right (E) following the N2 north coast. - Join the M4 Durban City/Stad. - Follow the Esplanade turnoff. - Turn left into Royal Parkade. The 3rd floor of the car park is for special unloading and the reception.
