Le Verger the Orchard Restaurant offers individual glass conservatories collectively seating 120 guests. There are interactive cooking stations serving various dishes, a delicatessen and al fresco dining, weather permitting; the restaurant is closed from May to the end of August. Relais Gourmand seats 80 people, serves fine dining a la carte and offers an award-winning wine list. Le Verger Deli provides a selection of local produce specially bottled and branded, a variety of imported gourmet products and gift packs are available.

• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By Car: From Cape Town international airport: - Take the N2 towards Stellenbosch. - Turn off onto the R310 Baden Powell into Stellenbosch. - Continue on the R310 through Stellenbosch and over the Helshoogte pass. - Turn right onto the R45 and continue through Franschhoek up to the Huguenot Monument. - Turn right and continue for 3 km to the gates of the hotel. From Cape Town: - Take the N1 to Paarl. - Take the R45 Klapmuts exit and continue to the Franschhoek turn-off. - Continue on the R45 past various wine estates to the right turn for Franschhoek remaining on the R45. - Continue through Franschhoek up to the Huguenot Monument. - Turn right and continue for 3 km to the gates of the hotel.
