• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

Directions from OR Tambo International Airport: Follow the R21 in the direction of Pretoria. Take the first offramp after the Engen One Stop. It is the Midrand, Olifantsfontein, Tembisa North offramp. Just follow the road (R562 - Olifantsfontein Road ) going straight towards Midrand. After about 8km you will get to a three way stop street. There is a sign showing Glen Austin left. Turn left and follow the road. At the second stop street turn left into Allen Road . At the first stop street turn right into George Road. At the first crossing with Pitzer Road, turn left and the entrance is at the green pallisade gate on the right hand side, no 101. Directions from N1 between Johannesburg and Pretoria: Follow the N1 to Pretoria/Johannesburg. Take the Olifantsfontein Offramp, exit 115. (From Pretoria, it is the first offramp after the Shell Ultra City. From Johannesburg, it is the first offramp after the Star Stop built across the high way) At the traffic lights, turn right on the R562 towards Olifantsfontein/Tembisa. Cross over the Old Pretoria Road (Sasol garage on left hand side) and go through "S" bend. The road goes slightly uphill. Take first road turning out to the right, Pitzer Road. Follow the road over a speedbump until you get to a stop street. On opposite side of the stop street one will see the Aberfeldy B&B sign board. Cross over, our gate is on the right hand side, no 101. Directions from N3 ( Durban direction): Follow the N3 towards Johannesburg. Take the N1 direction Pretoria/Pietersburg. Follow the N1 until you go underneath BJ's bridge restaurant in Midrand. The next off ramp will be the Olifantsfontein Offramp, exit 115. At the traffic lights, turn right on the R562 towards Olifantsfontein/Tembisa. Cross over the Old Pretoria Road (Sasol garage on left hand side) and go through "S" bend. The road goes slightly uphill. Take first road turning out to the right, Pitzer Road . Follow the road over a speedbump until you get to a stop street. On opposite side of the stop street one will see the Aberfeldy B&B sign board.
