• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs ZAR 60.00 per hour. Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs ZAR 60.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Up to two older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
