• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
• Cancellations: Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

By car: - Coming from Cape Town, follow the N2 in the direction of Somerset West. - Pass Caledon, Swellendam, Riversdale, Mossel Bay and George. - Continue on the N2 in the direction of Knysna. - Pass Wilderness. - After about 5 kilometres you will see the Wilderness Beach Hotel on your right-hand side. - Turn left onto the serpentine road and continue downhill until you reach a T-junction. - Turn right onto Lake Road. - Tendele is about 1 kilometre from the junction. - Beware of the 4 speed dips in the road. - Alternatively, turn right immediately after the police station (just after turning off the N2). - Continue about 1,5 km, until you see the Tendele sign. - Turn left onto Lake Road. - After about half a kilometre you will see Tendele. - Beware of the speed dips.
