• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 90.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: Please note, if cancelled, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
