• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One further child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 2 to 12 years is charged ZAR 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 12 to 17 years is charged ZAR 200.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
