• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

■ By car ▪ From the N2, take off ramp signed R43 to Hermanus. ▪ Before entering the town, look out for sign to Hemel-en-Aarde on your left. ▪ At the traffic lights at the Sand Baai intersection turn left (R320). ▪ Drive a few metres until you reach the entrance to Hemel-en-Aarde. ▪ After security drive up towards the mountain and at second circle keep left to house number 8 or 9 where someone will meet you.
