• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Coming from Plettenberg Bay, follow the N2 in the direction of Knysna. - Pass the Knysna Elephant Park on your right and the Wolf Sanctuary on your left. - You will see the Masescha sign on your right-hand side after about 500 metres. - Follow the road until you reach white pillars, you have reached the middle entrance. - Coming from Knysna, follow the N2 in the direction of Plettenberg Bay. - Pass the Garden of Eden on your left-hand side and the Sasol petrol station on your right-hand side. - At the end of the tunnels, you will see the Masescha sign on your left-hand side. - Follow the road until you reach white pillars, you have reached the middle entrance.
