• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Boardwalk Lodge, Wilderness - Important Information

Some of rooms and chalets can only be reached by stairs from the main parking area. If you or your fellow guests have a problem climbing many steps, then please notify us as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee the possibility of changing chalets on arrival. Our Reception Service is available between 08h00 and 18h00, after which we run a night porter service. Our Porter Service is available between 08h00 and 22h00.

By Car: From George: - As you enter the town of Wilderness, you'll spot a Caltex Fueling Station on your left. Here, turn left into George Road. - Continue along George Road as it passes through the village and the Protea Resort Hotel on your left. - At the T-junction with Waterside Road, turn left. - Then, take the second turning on the right, into Constantia Kloof Road. - A short distance up the road, you'll see a large Boardwalk Lodge sign on your right, turn right into Young Terrace at the sign. - Follow the driveway up, past the yellow house on your right. - Continue up the driveway until you see a sign that indicates the Boardwalk Lodge Reception. Welcome to the Boardwalk Lodge.
