This small, traditional-style hotel is located just 100 metres from the Plaza Mayor, in the historic centre of Trujillo - famous as the home city to many of the legendary Conquistadores.

Housed in a building dating back to the 17th century, the Hostal San Miguel retains features such as high, vaulted ceilings and tiled flooring. Its traditional garden area has been updated to include a jacuzzi, allowing you to cool off after a day under the warm sunshine of the Extremadura region. Other contemporary facilities include Wi-Fi internet in the lounge.

The surrounding area is full of ancient churches, aristocratic houses and small castles, many of which date from the Conquistador era. Outside the city you will find an impressive natural landscape of woodland, meadow and lakes at the nearby Monfragüe National Park.
