• Deposit: 35 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 5 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged BRL 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
