• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged.

Deposit and Additional Fees: The full amount of the fee for the stay is payable at check in (includes weekly linen change and pre-stay cleaning). In addition, a breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned. Please note that American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. Key Collection: All keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at 18 Calle Cuenca, Edificio Monver VI, Benidorm. Office hours are 09.00-20.00. Guests arriving outside of these hours should refer to directions left in the window of the office.
