- Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
- Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

- Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
- Children and extra beds: Children older than 5 years are welcome. All children from 5 to 15 years are charged ZAR 300.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
- Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Coming from Cape Town, follow the N2 in the direction of George/Port Elizabeth. - Drive past the Wilderness village turn-off and continue on the N2, direction of Knysna. - Soon after the Wilderness turn-off, you will be crossing the Touw River. - After the bridge it is another 700 metres until you see the turn-off to Die Duin (on your right). - Once the road forks, take the left lane and, at the top, turn right. - Xanadu is the 2nd property on your right.
