Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange pick-up and keys. We do not have a 24-hour reception. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Please note that check-in is also possible after 18:00, if you contact us well in advance with the exact arrival details. Arrival and departure transfer services are both included in the price. The driver will pick you up and take you to the apartment on your arrival. Please contact the hotel and send your exact arrival and departure details in order to arrange transfers.
