Newly renovated in October 2009, the Royal Old City Hotel, formerly known as the Boutique Hotel Viesturs, is located in the heart of the old town of Riga.

The hotel's unusual architecture combines modern style with ancient brick walls from the 15th century to create a harmonious whole. It is decorated with a collection of photographs chronicling the history of Riga.

Spread over 7 floors, there are 13 classic-style rooms with a cosy and traditional ambience, as well as 54 comfortable and modern rooms. All rooms are equipped with many amenities, including air conditioning.

The hotel has a cosy breakfast café on the ground floor, where breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:00 on weekdays and from 08:30 to 11:00 on weekends.

You can order tea and coffee during the day at an additional cost.

Royal Old City Hotel is close to many sights such as the Latvian National Opera and Dome Cathedral, as well as many restaurants and shops.
