It is also close to the International airport Riga, the railway station and the Passenger Terminal of Riga. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the famous resort in Latvia, Jurmala. The hotel was refurnished in 2000.

The big upper hall is convenient for conferences, banquets and presentations. It has air-conditioning and boasts a lot of technical equipment.
The oval room can be used for seminars and smaller meetings.
