• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs THB 450.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged THB 1200.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

By Plane: The resort offers a round-trip airport transfer service (airport to resort and resort to airport). Private taxis from the airport to the resort / the resort to the airport are charged at THB 950 one-way. Reservations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
