• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged THB 2000.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

From Koh Samui Airport: By Car: - Turn left onto the access road. - Go approximately 3 km then turn left onto the 4171 for 6 km. - Turn left onto the 4169 for 10 km. - The resort will be on your left after 500 metres.
