• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. 10 % service charge per room per night is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged THB 500.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
