• Cards accepted at the hotel: No credit cards accepted, only cash
• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 1.50 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Groups: When booking for more than 10 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
