Immersed within nearly an acre of private gardens, this family-run hotel is set within an oasis of peace and tranquility at the gateway to the beautiful Wye Valley.

Originally built in the late 1800's, this large Victorian house has been updated to offer all modern comforts, although many of the original features of the house have been preserved. During your visit you can see the traditional tiled entrance hall and elaborate ceiling plasterwork in the lounge and restaurant.

Only half a mile from the centre of Ross-on-Wye, The Chasedale is an ideal base from which to explore the lower reaches of the Wye Valley (ANOB) and its wonderful surroundings.

In 'the dale of the Chase', a wonderful wooded hill, the hotel boasts a spectacular backdrop, ideal for photos on special occasions.

The extensive gardens feature a variety of roses and many mature trees.
