• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs AUD 20.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

There is no on site reception or check-in facilities, therefore guests are met by appointment. It is essential that a valid email address and telephone number is provided at the time of booking so management can arrange a suitable check in time based on your expected arrival times.
