• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs HKD 90.00 per 24 hours.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs HKD 20.00 per hour.
• Extra Charges: Tax is not applicable. 10 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged HKD 250.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Airport Shuttle Service is available at an interval of every half an hour. The charge is HK$110 per person per trip including 2 pieces of luggage. Please contact "Parklane Limousine & Airport Shuttle Counter" located at Counter A16 at Exit A and Counter B16 at Exit B on Arrival Hall at the Hong Kong International Airport. Advance reservation will be required.
