• Deposit: 90 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 10 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 9 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
