• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).
• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
