Please note the cancellation policies for this property: Reservations for 14 nights or less: - 61 days or more notification, deposit will be refunded in full. - 60-31 days notification, forfeiture of deposit amount. - 30 days or less prior to arrival, forfeiture of all payments received, no refund. Reservations for all long-term stays of 15 nights or more: - 90 days or more notification, deposit will be refunded less one night's lodging rate plus 4.17% tax. - Less than 90 days notification, forfeiture of all payments received, no refund. For the Christmas period: - For cancellations up to August 31st, deposit is refunded less one night's lodging rate plus 4.17% tax. On or after September 1st, full forfeiture of reservation value, no refund. *Airport shuttle must be pre-arranged with the property, at an additional cost.
