Reservations for stays of 15 nights or more: - With 90 days or more notification, deposit will be refunded less one night's lodging rate plus 4.17% tax. - With fewer than 90 days' notification, the full rate for the booking will be charged. For the Christmas period: - For cancellations up to 1 September, deposit is refunded less one night's lodging rate plus 4.17% tax. - After 1 September, the full rate for the booking will be charged. Please note, all guests of this property must check in at the front desk, located at the Shops of Wailea, on the ground floor at the foot of the escalator.
