Reservations for all 3 bedrooms and long-term stays of 15 nights or more: - 90 days or more notification, deposit will be refunded less one night's lodging rate plus 4.17% tax. - Less than 90 days notification, forfeiture of all payments received, no refund. For the Christmas period: - For cancellations up to Sept. 1st, deposit is refunded less one night's lodging rate plus 4.17% tax. After September 1st, full forfeiture of all payments received, no refund. *Limited maid service is available at the property. *Airport shuttle must be pre-arranged with the property, at an additional cost. *Please note, all guests of this property must check in at the front desk, located at the Shops of Wailea, on the ground floor at the foot of the escalator.
