If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A 350 EUR deposit will be asked for upon check-in and returned upon check-out. Final cleaning is not included in the room rate. Guests are asked to do the cleaning upon leaving or to choose the end-of-stay cleaning option at an additional charge.
