This south-west-facing residence enjoys sweeping views over the sea and the bay.

Right next to shops and restaurants, Résidence Pierre & Vacances « Résidence De La Plage » has direct access to the beach.

The building is inspired by the major architectural features of houses in Le Crotoy: big balconies, huge atrium windows, low-hanging eaves, dormer windows. The residence has two swimming pools, one outside heated one and another indoor pool.

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made for arrival.
Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay.
Mid-stay cleaning.

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 12 December 2008 to 03 January 2009 and 07 February 2009 to 04 April 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 to 14:00 to 20:00. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.
