All of the apartments are located in various historical buildings. Please note that some of these buildings are not equipped with a lift.

The staff at Home Hotel will will gladly provide you with all the necessary information on how to get to your apartment. Our staff speaks English, Spanish, and of course French.

Please note that the hotel will contact you by email to give you the access code. You will receive bed linen for the length of your stay and a welcome pack.

You can pick up your keys in the offices located at 236 Rue Saint Martin, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. A member of the team will gladly provide you with all the necessary information on how to get to your apartment.

• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Security deposit: For all studio apartments, a EUR 300 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in. For all other apartments, a EUR 500 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked. If you plan to arrive after 19:00 on a Saturday or a Sunday, please contact the hotel directly regarding late check-in procedure.
