This seafront residence features a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a childrens pool offering sweeping views overlooking the sea.

Cap Corniche is set in a peaceful area surrounded by a large garden. As well as the close proximity to the golden Lazaret sands, the stunning beach at Corniche is also nearby. The centre of Sète with its charming port is only 1.5 kilometres away.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towel and bath sheets.

End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence. Reservations can be made from Saturday to Saturday.
