The resort is located 20 minutes from Sharjah/Dubai International Airports. There is a daily free shuttle service to Dubai.

Marbella Resorts facilities include 2 outdoor swimming pools with instructors available for lessons. There are also floodlit tennis courts and air conditioned squash courts where professional coaches offer lessons. Furthermore there is a fully equipped gym, international restaurants, and a childrens playground.

The resort comprises of 50 spacious and luxurious villas. Each villa is fully furnished and tastefully decorated.
