• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom; and - Visitors who have been resident in the GCC for a minimum of six months, and who posses a return visa for the country of GCC residency. If you are NOT a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival.
