Our cuisine varies according to the season and offers a blend of traditional, local fare, as well as Mediterranean specialities and oriental delicacies. You can sit with your family and friends by the cosy open fire in our hotel restaurant, the conservatory offering a panoramic view, or on the attractive terrace by the carp pond. In our 250-year-old farmhouse with original wooden floors and panelling, we are happy to organise private events for up to 50 people. We can also offer a champagne reception, buffet and dance-floor in our Tyrolean room for celebrations for up to 70 guests. According to your taste and choice of menu, we can offer you fine wines from all over the world. Our wine-list features over 120 wines from the best wine-growing regions of Europe. As our hotel is situated between the Nahe and Moselle valleys, we lay particular emphasis on local wines from these areas.
