• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 250.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first three nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

By Car: From Salzburg: - Take the A10 Tauernautobahn motorway. - Exit the motorway at Bischofshofen. - Continue via Mühlbach to Dienten am Hochkönig. An alternative, toll-free route is: - Take the Munich to Salzburg motorway. - Leave the motorway at Siegsdorf. - Continue via Inzell, Lofer, Saalfelden and Maria Alm to Dienten am Hochkönig.
