Close to our hotel, in summer you can find the longest double chair-lift and toboggan track in the Bavarian forest. In the winter there are well tended ski slopes and cross-country skiing tracks.

There are cycling and hiking trails passing directly by our hotel. All in all there are over 100 km of sign-posted cycling routes, catering to all levels of difficulty. Other sports on offer in our area include tennis, squash, bowling, golf, horse riding and swimming.

We particularly recommend day-trips to the surrounding area. The Czech border is only a few kilometres away, as are the pretty towns of Taus and Klattau. Other places to visit include Regensburg, Passau, the Bayerwald animal park, the Bavarian forest nature park and the nearby Bohemian forest.
