• Deposit: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 1.50 per 30 minutes.

• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 10 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 10 to 15 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 4.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
