"Le Bivouac" is our café-restaurant with a dining terrace. It features 4 divisible areas that can accommodate up to 350 guests. We have a large, varied menu to suit your pocket. Various cheese dishes, local traditional specialities, salads, pastas, meat and fish courses are served from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00. On Sunday, when the weather is good, we serve non-stop from 11:00 to 21:00. Every day from 07:00 to 22:00, and particularly on the terrace, you can choose from our snack and ice-cream menus and our range of delicious fruit tarts. We also offer seasonal menus - asparagus and strawberries in the spring, salads and light fare in summer and "La Chasse" (game) in autumn. Our residents can enjoy our breakfast buffet between 07:00 and 10:00, and can have a reserved table for their 3-course dinner which is served between 19:00 and 21:00.

From Geneva Airport there is a direct train connection to Aigle. From there, take the mountain train to Le Sépey and continue with a post bus to the hotel.
